Free Shipping Orders Over $35

Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Free Shipping:

We have free shipping available for all US states on order over $35. All orders under $35 will be charged according to the shipping provider choice.


International Shipping:

We don't offer international shipping at the moment.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@emirelli.com with your name and order number. 


Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the category of the products we sell, we can only accept the return of unopened products.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at hello@emirelli.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. The most important thing to us is that you, our customers, enjoy Emirelli flavors, and we will do everything we can to assist you in damaged orders.
